The Consultation 10% off your Purchase (the “Consultation Promotion”) is only available at select standalone DECIEM/The Ordinary stores in select countries (“Eligible Locations” - see full list below) during store hours from February 26th, 2026, to February 26th, 2027 (the “Consultation Promotion Period”). Consultation Promotion will be applied automatically at checkout after completing the DECIEM in-store consultation (the “Consultation”). Consultation Promotion is not available online.
Eligible Customers: Customers who (i) book a Consultation online or in-store; (ii) attend their Consultation; and (iii) purchase any The Ordinary, NIOD or LOoPHA product, will receive 10% their purchase immediately after the completion of their consultation (the “Discount”). Eligible Customers must provide their Consultation email confirmation to DECIEM staff upon arrival.
Limit of one (1) Discount per customer/transaction. Consultation Promotion is combinable with other offers.
DECIEM reserves the right, without prior notice, to (i) discontinue this offer/promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it, including, without limitation, individuals creating multiple user accounts; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions.
Except as otherwise set out herein, all purchases are subject to DECIEM’s standard Terms and Conditions (which can be found at https://deciem.com/ca/terms.html) and Shipping + Delivery Terms (which can be found at https://theordinary.com/en-ca/faq.html#shipping_delivery), which are expressly incorporated herein by reference. Any returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment used at checkout, at the price paid and subject to our Return Policy found at https://deciem.com/ca/returns.html.
