We aim to make skincare more authentic, by putting ingredients at the forefront of our naming and product education. We aim to demystify skincare by being clear about what ingredients are in our products and what skincare concern(s) they address.

Our journey starts in the lab, where we explore new ideas, ingredients, and technologies that inspire our product formulations.

Each formula is uniquely curated by our in-house team, with clinical testing to prove the efficacy and safety of our formulations. We rely on a combination of peer-reviewed published literature and substantiated data from our suppliers, to ensure each product meets our rigorous standards. Our formulations go through multiple assessments—including quality, microbiology, and regulatory reviews—before reaching the manufacturing stage.

While sustainability is a key element in our development considerations, it is a journey of compromises. We continually look for opportunities to prioritize circularity and eco-friendly processes to be mindful of our product footprint.

We are proud of our in-house team of over 150 scientists, whose expertise spans a variety of disciplines, from cosmetic science to biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology and toxicology.
