The Future Set 35% off Promotion (the “Promotion”) is only available to Eligible Customers purchasing The Future Set on TheOrdinary.com or NIOD.com from 9:00AM EST April 1, 2024 to 12:00AM EST May 1, 2024 or at standalone DECIEM/The Ordinary stores during store hours (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion discount will be applied automatically at checkout. The Future Set contains the following DECIEM products: The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser 50ml; NIOD Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex 30ml; NIOD Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate 15ml; The Ordinary EUK 134 0.1% 30ml; NIOD Hydration Vaccine 50ml; and NIOD Stainless Steel Spoon. For greater certainty, the Promotion applies only to the Future Set and not to the individual products when purchased separately. In order to qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Customers must ensure they are signed in to their account during checkout.

Promotion is available to Eligible Customers residing in countries that DECIEM is currently shipping to. Limit is 3 Promotion redemptions per Eligible Customer. The Promotion applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase, no rainchecks. NIOD Photography Fluid Promotion Terms & Conditions– Global

Purchasing a Participating Product

The NIOD Photography Fluid Promotion (the “Promotion”) is only available to Eligible Customers purchasing NIOD Photography Fluid 8% or NIOD Photography Fluid 12% (each, a “Participating Product”) on NIOD.com from 9:00AM EST April 15, 2024 to 11:59PM EST April 30, 2024 or at standalone DECIEM/The Ordinary stores during store hours (the “Promotion Period”).  Eligible Customers purchasing at least one (1) Participating Product during the Promotion Period will receive 15% off on their next eligible NIOD purchase (see below Redemption of Discount Code and Receipt). Limit is one (1) Promotion redemption per Eligible Customer. Online Purchases: Eligible Customers purchasing a Participating Product online during the Promotion Period must be logged in to their account during checkout and will receive a one-time, single-use 15% off unique promotion code (the “Discount Code”). The Discount Code will be sent to Eligible Customers approximately three (3) business days after their Participating Product has shipped. In-store Purchases: Eligible Customers purchasing a Participating Product in-store during the Promotion Period (i) will receive a receipt with proof of purchase detailing the Promotion (the “Receipt”); (ii) are required to keep the Receipt in order to redeem the 15% off discount; and (iii) can only redeem the Receipt in-store.

Redemption of Discount Code and Receipt

The Discount Code is valid for use online from 12:00AM EST May 1, 2024 to 11:59PM EST July 30, 2024; and the Receipt is valid for use at standalone DECIEM/The Ordinary stores from May 1, 2024 to July 30, 2024 during store hours (the “Discount Redemption Period”). The Discount Code/Receipt can only be redeemed on NIOD products. Limit is one (1) Discount Code/Receipt redemption per Eligible Customer. Online Purchases: Eligible Customers who received a Discount Code via email must provide the Discount Code at checkout during the Discount Redemption Period. The Discount Code may be redeemed online or in-store. In-store Purchases: Eligible Customers who purchased a Participating Product in-store must present the Receipt at checkout during the Discount Redemption Period. Receipt is only redeemable in-store and cannot be redeemed online.
